Please don't order from them. I thought because it was "family" "women" etc. company that the customer experience would be great. I ordered the product, thinking with 10 days of shipping time I would be able to get a product from a US base company in plenty of time, however, after a week, it still has not shipped. I won't get it for the purpose I bought it for, customer service (while fast in responding) provides no helpful information and just a lot of cut and paste responses. I am now worried, if I ever even receive it, that I will get a lemon of product. I should never trust these social media pushed companies. Highly disappointed.

I wouldn’t recommend, it’s more expensive than most curlers for one and it doesn’t make the nicest curls. I didn’t mind it though and it did the job however I’ve only had mine around 6 months and the clam bit has already broken so now it doesn’t hold the hair in place as it turns so I can’t even use it now. Will be going back to a standard curling wand

Ladies. This literally JUST happened. I had placed an order for two travel heat protectant sprays, two travel shine squad sprays, and one full size keep it calm cream. I just received my order and when I was taking out the products from the box, I realized one of the heat protectant sprays was lighter than the other. I shook it and realized there was barely anything in it. Now, I was a bit disappointed as I love their products, and spent a good amount of money (they aren’t cheap). I took pictures of my order receipt and the number on the bottom of the spray, and sent an email to customer service, received an automated reply saying I will be reached out to within 24 hours not including weekends, so fully expected a reply not till Monday the earliest. WELL, I could not believe my email was answered by Sonia from customer service within TEN minutes! I don’t think I’ve ever had such a quick reply from a company before. And with the quick reply, they are sending me a replacement for the dud one and I received the shipping confirmation when I received Sonia’s reply email. Not only are their products amazing, their customer service is A+! (And Sonia was super sweet on top of it!) I really am just blown away by how quickly they took care of it. Thankyou Beachwaver team, you have kept a customer for life. 💕

Be careful. I innocently made a mistake and purchased two identical items. I wanted to return one completely unopened item in original delivery packaging. Return policy charges a 15% admin fee! No one else does this and if you add the lost shipping and return shipping they get a perfect item to resell and you get 50% of your money back. Be sure you are not going to return. However they do listen to honest issues and respond positively

It was easy and quick to get on the Chatbot and get to someone who could help with the problem. I’m excited to recieve my product and even more excited they were able to get it at the discount I originally was buying it for at the time.
