BeachbikesReviews of beachbikes.net

Beachbikes is the only place I will ever purchase a bike. They have a great selection of quality brands and the best prices around!!! I've purchased 3 bikes in less than a year, thanks to the top notch customer service. The guys really do their best to get you what you want!!

Easy buying experience. The shipping was great. The bike is really nice....so what more could you want! I love everything about the bike...looks,color,toughness,ease of assembly.

Bike was delivered when promised, and quality seems exceptional for the price.

The bike arrived partially assembled with the sticker applied upside down. Beachbikes sent another sticker but were not apologetic. I can’t see how they are well rated as a bike store. I waited for the back ordered bike happy to get it - it is a nice bike but the service was very poor. I ordered from them because of the reviews that they had excellent customer service. It’s a great bike but buy it at a place where you get a good price. It really does not make a difference given their lack of customer service. I went with Beach bikes because of their supposed exemplary customer service.

Loved the experience I had with Beach bikes. Very professional and pleasant. I got a GREAT bike, exactly what I was looking for, and about $40 cheaper than what I saw online. Great staff, super helpful and quick. Highly recommend getting bike thru them!

Great Bikes. Very nice drive.

Nice bike, but poor assembly instructions and customer service

I was suppose to get a girls bike, a boys bike was shipped. I said i would just keep it instead of dealing with the hassle of shipping it back! So as a “consolation” the woman I spoke with was sending a basket, a bell, a cup holder and a helmet. Still waiting for those too
