This was the most painful bike I have ever asembled! Instructions are horrible. Bike seat post missing. You have to manualy disengage the front brake and the to get it back on...go to you local bike mechanic! Customer service is horrible. Emailing people who don’t respond. Beyond angry and frustrated not to mention...I have no seat post and have to wait for snail mail since fed ex isn’t an option?

Outstanding product, cheaper than any where else online, Love that I got to support a local small business, not some super box store, while saving money. The selection and customizations available were outstanding and not offered any where else.

My only complaint is that the little assembly booklet did not have enough pictures or the view of the pictures could be much better. I found better value by using your you tube maintenance mechanic videos that showed the steps to accomplish different steps of the assembly process. Other than that it's a good solid well built bike at a fair price.

I was very pleased with your company service. There was no problem putting it together everything that was order came in the box. I was happy to be able to speak with a salesperson on the phone. Thanks on your judgement for the chrome rims looking real great in the streets of Brooklyn N.Y!! Had a great weekend riding my brand new beach cruiser. And it ride very well so I ride like the wind!! Wanted a beach cruiser-style bike to ride around town on errands instead of my road bike. Looked around at local bike shops and other stores and they were either too expensive or just not what I wanted colorwise. Started looking online and found exactly what I wanted at beachbikes. My hubby was a little leery about ordering a bike on line and assembling it. The bike I picked was minty green and had free shipping. Ordered it and it came to my hubby’s work within a week. Assembly was pretty easy, basically just the front tire and handlebars. The hardest thing was removing it from all the packaging, it was so well wrapped! Bought a basket for it at Walmart and rode it all summer! It is my “pool” bike that I can put my pool bag in the basket and ride. I was afraid it would take awhile to get used to the coaster brakes, but no problem. I can’t wait for the weather to get nice to take my beach cruiser bike out!
