Very good process, awesome bike. Good communication from start to finish. Only gripe was they didn’t ship all I ordered and said that it did and they were out of stock of one item and didn’t let me know. But they addressed it. Very please with the overall experience

I would rate Beach Bikes a 1 star The guy Rico at the store pick up location was awesome . The thing that amazed me is right after I purchased the bike I received the email from Dusty . Dusty is supposedly the owner if he exists ..his email states he will be with me throughout the process etc. So I picked up my bike from the location in Torrance ..The Guy was really nice. I went to ride my bike the next day which was the 4th of July ...I didn’t get too far when the pedals almost completely fell of and the bike locked up and chain fell off ..Could not ride the bike . I had to walk it about a mile to the closest bike shop on the beach . The bike store owner Hermosa bikes was awesome ..he put it up on the rack and proceeded to fix it . He was so professional too ...not bad mouthing or asking where I bought this bike and to top it off he did not charge me for 30 minutes worth of work. Here’s the amazing part: so I returned the bike the next day and got a refund and purchased another bike . I sent Dusty an email with the video I took of the bike while I was riding it and showed the issue . It’s 3 weeks later and NOT ONE EMAIL or phone call from him., The staff didn’t even acknowledge my email or video . Finally Anne from customer service said she would have him call but he was real busy ...I guess too busy for the 5 min phone call...🙄 I sent it several times. This purchase wasn’t a pricey item I get that ...but the point that Dusty nor the staff cannot acknowledge my email is appalling and disappointing to me. Not acceptable.

The bike I ordered arrived in perfect condition, just as I'd ordered it! I absolutely love it- both the look of it and the way it rides. The only issue I did have was that the packing slip in the box with the bike indicated that both the bike and the fenders were part of the first shipment, yet the fenders didn't arrive until a few days later. Not a big deal since both got here safely, just a bit confusing. Overall I would recommend Firmstrong and Beachbikes without reservation!

shipping was going to be a week late so i sent it back

I didn’t not receive my full order for my bike! Delivered in a beat up box and didn’t have the basket with the other parts!

I have read all these great reviews about their customer service, so I was shocked when I have not been able to get them to respond to me quickly. Initially my bike didn’t ship and it wasn’t until I called they noticed the error. I also would like to return one bike to upgrade and the shipping label wouldn’t print for free within the 14 days and I have called and emailed and no response. Not great service at all and no one ever answers the phone.

Great service. Thank you

I love these guys and gals they are so genuinely sweet make you feel like family ❤️ Thanks to all involved with getting my bike to the way I wanted you are the best thank you
