These people held my money for 21 days, made me wait for 3 weeks to JUST CANCEL MY ORDER? is this legal????

This place sucks, as the other reviews say. I ordered something three weeks ago, and today I get an email saying my order is cancelled due to "inventory management" problems. Total clown show.

I bought a pair of Jordan Air Ships. The shoes are great but the shipping was a little slow. Next time I’m in Boston- I would like to visit the store.

Sadly, my experience is the same as most others here. It’s been 15 days and still no shipment notification. Will be calling my bank to report as fraudulent. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

I really hate to give a 1 star to this company. I should have read the reviews before making my purchase... Their customer support is INCREDIBLY incompetent. To give them the benefit of the doubt, I will admit that they at least respond in a timely manner. But I question whether or not they actually take the time to read the email inquiries they receive? They tell me one thing, and then literally DO ANOTHER thing the next day. I was confused why my order randomly didn't come with everything I purchased. Two items were missing. I asked why I did not receive my full order and their claim was that the items would still be arriving (no ETA or tracking information) because they are coming from a different facility. Fine. I wasn't too content but at least I felt somewhat reassured. The next day I get another email from them saying I'VE BEEN REFUNDED THOSE ITEMS WITH ZERO EXPLANATION. Thank god I at least got my money back, but the lack of communication and poor communication that I do receive from them is truly phenomenal. I'm annoyed that not only was I literally lied to by their own support, but the lack of useful communication by this support team is absurd. And the saddest part of all of this is that I won't actually be receiving the clothes that I purchased initially. Most people on this site are complaining about the long shipping time, but that didn't bother me much. Hilarious that they can't ship an entire order together and also hilarious that they cannot give me the tracking information for the items that didn't arrive in the original order. Do little kids work at their company? They speak professionally but do not act professionally at all. Do not waste your time with these five year olds.

An obscene fulfillment time of 21 days was mentioned only AFTER I payed. 23 days later the sneakers still aren't shipped and they are now saying 21 days or more! Completely unacceptable and borderline scammy. EDIT: shipped after 24-25 days and numerous emails. Will never order from them.

Janky ass Website. DONT ORDER FROM BODEGA. I ordered a product a month ago still no package. It’s no customer service number either so you can’t talk to anyone about your order. FEATURE.COM PACKER.COM PROPER LBC are better sites.Those other sites you’ll have your order in 3-5 days.

These people are quick to accept payments but getting products delivered to customers , oh no, they take their sweet old time. Why does it take 21 days to ship out a product? and why is their no alert or warning that the product will take 21 days to be fulfilled before buying their products. If I had known before it would take 21 days then I would’ve never went through with purchase. But unfortunately, I had to find that out through review websites that it takes 21 days for fulfillment so now I have to sit here and wait patiently.
