Ws charged for membership that I did not register. $4.95 and a charge for $39.95. Complained and promptly got full reimbursement from them. called bank and cancelled debit card, just to be on safe side.

I bought a pair of Jordan Air Ships. The shoes are great but the shipping was a little slow. Next time I’m in Boston- I would like to visit the store.

I placed an order for a pair of limited edition shoes. Though the fulfillment phase took slightly longer than the 1-10 days the website describes, I received the shoes and was happy with them. I did reach out to the customer service on day ten after placing the order to get the status. I received a prompt response explaining they were short on staff and overwhelmed by orders. Given the holiday season this seemed reasonable, and the shoes did ship a couple of days later. All in all it was not a bad experience but the long fulfillment period is frustrating, especially without any followup from the store that they are working on the fulfillment.

Never had a bad experience. Recently ordered some shoes and put in the wrong address, and it was fixed almost immediately thanks to their support team

Hi Shawn, we responded to both your emails within an hour the first time you emailed us, we have that on record as all our inbound communications are recorded and logged. That being said, one of your orders is delivered and one order is live still and unfulfilled, the tracking number we gave it was cancelled - yes - but that just means it is getting assigned a new number on our end and you will receive the new number most likely tomorrow. Be on the look out for our next email and thanks for your continued patience.

I was very hesitant at first to buy from bdgastore because of the negative reviews I've seen. To say the least; I myself was not disappointed and got exactly what I wanted. They delivered on time and got through to me about the UPS packaging and what I needed to do to get everything ready when I wrote to their support team. So for that; I have to acknowledge the great work they did and also the response time on the messages I sent back and forth. I'd also like to acknowledge that I live outside in Europe and got everything as it was meant to be sent. I think the fault in a lot of customers that have written before is mostly the customers own actions ruining their experience with this company. Now; I can't really speak for them, but from this, I can definitely say that bodega store is safe/trustable and works well. Just make sure to get in contact with them if you are paranoid and a bit unsure (as I can definitely say; I am when it comes to ordering outside of my area.) A criticism to bodega if they are reading; I do think the support team needs to be a bit more in touch rather than out of it. By that; is that when I wrote back once, I got the same repeated message that I got before. Almost felt like talking to a generated message by a computer at that point. I understand sometimes you don't need to write a whole new message, but it does make the experience less "humane" if that makes sense. There's a loss in connection between the buyer and the support team. Sometimes I wouldn't even get the name of the person that was sending the messages and sometimes I would. That is the only reason I am taking it down from being 5/5. If I could put it at a 4.5/5 then I would - I think that is a more definitive rating to my experience with you guys than 4/5.

Thank you SK for taking the time to leave this message. We appreciate all the feedback. First off, we read every review, and we respond to everything good or bad. Secondly, our Customer Support Team does monitor every single communication we receive and everything is recorded. If you feel you received an automated response to a simple question, we apologize, we try to be as efficient as possible due to our volume of inbound communications, we do use a mix of fact based responses and situation specific communication to keep everything flowing smoothly. We will work harder to remain as personal as possible. Thank you again for your write up.
