Third time this credit union paid the bill then took money back. Charging me fees. Customer service doesn’t help. Can’t understand them. This is causing bills to be late even paid before due date. This is illegal. Will be leaving this credit union and only few months in

This is the WORST bank to bank with. Please run.... I recently had fraudulent activity on my account. They cancel the cars, which is normal. I was told a new card was shipped May 25th, only to find out June 6th my card was sent to the wrong address. I then spoke with someone who claim they will overnight me a new card, since my rent is late now, however that was June 6th and today is June 7th and I haven't received notification on a email about delivery. I have an account with ups and an account with fed ex to where I can see incoming deliveries. I found out I will not receive my card until Monday evening on June 10th. Meaning I have been put in a complete hole. I cannot get a virtual card info to even pay my rent. To add insult to injury, my overdraft protection was taken away from me for 6 months because of fraudulent activity, which I reported it. Horrible leadership, customer service workers

A customer wrote me a bad check. They told me that once the fees were paid that my account would be fine. They lied. I paid the fees and they closed my account with no warning and caused serious paycheck delays. Don't bank with them! With how they do things, at anytime you could not have access to your money until the payment is reissued from your employer

Had a charge on my card I had no idea

I’ve been with this credit union for over a decade. It used to be a really decent company to deal with. I don’t know why it’s gone down hill so badly. Members Services call center isn’t even open on weekends anymore. Life happens every day not just Monday through Friday! I can’t even call before 12 noon on Saturdays anymore if there’s an issue! BCU has DISCONTINUED shared branch banking so I CAN’T GO in person ANYWHERE to deposit or receive funds as there’s ZERO public BCU locations in my city. Mobile deposit on app is problematic and takes many tries before it accepts the uploaded check information. BCU has closed my account WITH funds STILL in it if I allow my money simply sit until a rainy day when I need it, Inactivity, they call it. I DON’T have to constantly use everything I have! It took forever just for them to reopen my account.

The worst bank in the universe. These people are charging me for an undeliverable title because they refuse to fill out paperwork that the government has directly told them to fill out. They don't record any of the government conversations and continue to play games. 6 months of this nonsense. I'm literally having to sue them just so I can get a single piece of paper filled out that takes about 5 minutes. It is the law and required. BCU is such a bad group. It's going to be the biggest pain pulling all my banking away from these people. What an insult. DO NOT USE THIS BANK! Not only that but they basically stole an entire car payment from me that I have to fight for. You make a payment, it doesn't apply to the balance, then they ignore you. You need a lawyer just to do business with them. Trump's America. All scams.

After my mother passed, we had to distribute funds from her IRA accounts. One was at Vanguard and the other at Baxter. Baxter’s customer service was truly prehistoric compared to Vanguard. Had to send a PAPER check to my Vanguard account. Then, I needed tax information to complete my US return. Vanguard quickly gave me the info, while Baxter, after 3 different calls where I was promised information, stonewalled me, making my life needlessly difficult. Why deal with such incompetence? Just work with the big boys.

Is impossibly frustrating trying to access funds at BCU. Have had my $$ here for nearly 20 years. Never needed to access my funds -- until the past 2 weeks. Tried using their Zelle, but was blocked trying to make a 2nd transfer in 1 day. Tried transferring funds to another institution in their system, but was declared invalid. The option is for BCU to send me a check. This place is in the dark ages. And they are holding my funds hostage.
