I was a little nervous ordering a replacement for discontinued wheels based upon a stock photo. I was also disappointed when informed, after clicking submit order, that shipping info would be provided after 3 to 4 days. I was even more skeptical that the order would arrive anytime soon with free shipping (who knows how long free shipping would take from MN to VT). But I was completely shocked to get a call from my installer to let me know the wheel arrived (2 business days after ordering over the holiday weekend), it was exactly the right make, model and size! I'm am super impressed and over-joyed that I found a replacement for discontinued wheels, at a reasonable price which were delivered way under my anticipated delivery date! Please do not hesitate to spend your money with these guys! I know I will again.

Great company to work with.

In March I called to place an order for wheels. The sales person advised that the wheels did not fit my car because of back spacing, so I ordered one to see if they could work with spacers. The wheel arrived after a two month back-order (Covid19, not their fault) and it fit perfectly without spacers. On the same day it arrived I called and ordered the other three, but they were already on back-order again. About three weeks later a shipment arrived, but they sent the wrong wheels. I was fine right up until I called to get a resolution. I was required to send pictures in order to get a return authorization and shipping labels, and was told that nothing could be done until the wrong wheels were returned. I immediately took pictures and sent them because I wanted to do my part to get a quick resolution. Two hours later still no labels, so I called. They sounded annoyed that I called and treated me as if I had made the mistake. I explained that I wanted to get them shipped asap to receive the correct product without ending up on a back-order list again. Sarra said she would see what she could do. Another hour and forty minutes passed with no response. I did some investigating and found the manufacture's information. I contacted them directly to see if I could expedite the process and they stated the labels were already sent to Sarra at BBWheels and should be forwarded to me any moment. I waited another 20 minutes, no labels; I wrote an email and request the labels, and finally, 15 minutes later they were sent. Of course, by that time half a day had passed and I couldn't get them to the FedEx facility in time to leave that day, so the process is delayed. I'm not sure if I'll end up on a back-order list again, or when they will send the correct item, no information has been communicated. I'm REALLY frustrated at the bad customer service. I've never had a company send a bad or wrong item and after contacting them, not received a return shipping label within minutes. Some companies just don't care; don't let the "family owned" thing fool you. My hobby is upgrading and reselling cars, and they will never get another order after this experience - I'll pay a few extra dollars per wheel and buy from a company that actually cares about customer service and will help to fix problems, especially when they have created the issues. One last thought - If it was this much trouble getting things right when they clearly screwed up, imagine what would have happened if the sales person had accidentally typed in the wrong wheel type when I placed the order. I'm pretty sure at this point they would have blamed me for giving them the wrong information. Fortunately, the sales person keyed in the right wheel so there was no way for them to escape responsibility. Buyer Beware!

I am not a person to make reviews. I either have to be blown away by great customer service, or highly dissatisfied with the service. BB Wheels is terrible- plain and simple. I found them online while searching for Grille Guards and figured I’d give a smaller company a shot. They shipped me a damaged product and offered no resolution for it. When I received the product, I opened the installation box and components and immediately got to work to get the parts installed. Then took the grille guard out of the larger package and found 3-4 major blemishes on the product that clearly were not from transit. I photographed the blemishes before mounting the grille guard. Then I mounted the grille guard onto the mounting plates but did not torque the fasteners down because I knew I wouldn’t be driving the truck over memorial Day weekend, but wanted a safe place to leave the grille guard instead of leaving it resting on the ground. They tricked me and asked for several more pictures farther away. So I took the pictures and specifically showed the blemishes and they said that because the product was installed they had no way of proving that it wasn’t me who caused all the damage to it. Even though my original pictures clearly show it was not installed on the truck. They offered no help, no solution, Sarah in customer service basically told me that it’s my problem and I can stuff it. Needless to say, I contacted the manufacturer and sure enough I have a brand new replacement in the mail today. Be careful doing business with BB wheels. Highly unethical company!
