First order from BB Wheels and GREAT Experience
Smiitybilt Pivot HD Tire Carrier came quick and at a better price than I found anywhere else. Arrived quickly and was missing one bolt, certainly not BB Wheels fault. I spoke to customer service at BB, they looked up part number for bolt (I was not prepared when I called)and they got in touch with Smittybilt, then called me back letting me know the part was ordered for me. They could have just told me to call Smittybilt but instead they took care of everything. BB is great in all areas.

Shipping Companies can make mistakes
So far the customer service has been great. My shipment has been delayed due to the carriers mistake. Tony did everything he can to find out what happened and why there was no updated tracking information.

Be extremely careful when dealing with this company. I used their “fitment” expert for a set of tires and rims, he assured me the tires would work with my vehicle which they did not. Tried to contact to return just the 2 that would not fit and was informed I would need to pay shipping, as well as a 25% restock fee. Would not do business with them again. Trust me, don’t go by the reviews simply look them up on the better business bureau website and see the real reviews. If you took the feedback seriously you would return the 2 tires without a restock fee as this was clearly your error, simply wanting to return 2 tires from an over $2500 order.
