Great customer service! I was able to get the information I wanted. She was very knowledgeable. I bought the part, and it fit.

I have cooked an enormous amount of food of all different kinds on a grill. This grill is ridiculous and the guys at BBQ were awesome. Made it so easy for my new one

Overall a good experience. A couple of things left me disappointed. First, it took a few days before I heard anything back regarding the shipping of my grill. Second, the delivery company dropped the grill still on the wooden pallet on my driveway. I would have preferred that they at least take away the wooden pallet that I now have to dispose of.

Stainless steel warming rack was sent in just bubble wrap. Therefore 3 bars on the rack were bent. The drawer drip pan was not the exact one for my grill. The drawer part worked fine but the drawer face on the back of the grill is 3/8" short on both sides.
