Great customer service. Had an emergency out of town trip come up. Matt called the warehouse and caught my order before it shipped. Told me to just give them a call when we returned home. Called today, shipping tomorrow. Great Job!

While this started out poor, the folks at BBQGrills.com did an excellent job. The shipping company that was supposed to be delivering my new Gas Grill somehow got the wrong number in their system, even though the Bill of Lading had the right phone number. This resulted in the shipping company not being able to deliver the grill. After multiple calls to the freight company, I reached out to the folks at BBQSGRILLS, and they were able to get them to get the right information. The grill was delivered later that afternoon. Great service by these folks. BTW, I put the grill together and it is awesome. Thanks, Dave

This was the worst online retail experience I've ever had. Ordered an expensive Napoleon bbq on Dec. 4. Delivery was confirmed both with BBQGRILLS and their ground delivery contractor, CEVA, for Dec. 14. I spent all day waiting for delivery which never happened. When I contacted BBQGRILLS, they responded 3 days later: "We don't know why the delivery was not done nor where the shipment is located." So they just cancelled the order and I had to start all over with a more reliable vendor. How the hell do you lose a 200 lb. barbecue? Be very careful working with this company.

Hi David. Our sincere apologies that you had to experience this perfect storm of poor service. We have since discontinued the services of the CEVA freight company. Having to rely on third-party freight can be a challenge sometimes. We strive to always give the best service experience possible and work with trusted partners. Unfortunately, there is sometimes a hiccup in the many shipments we create and for that again we apologize.

Great experience. I made a duplicate order but customer service caught this, verified before shipping, and suggested other options. Order was shipped quickly and delivery people went above and beyond by dragging pallet jack 1/2 a block to get to my garage due to low branches in the alley.
