I did need to email the company regarding my order and they were very responsive. I had a reply with 12 hours. My order arrived fairly quickly considering all of the slow downs with the coronavirus. I would order from this company again.

I ordered a grill from bbqsgrills.com and they reached out quickly to let me know the grill I had chosen was not in stock in the US. I had the option of changing my order or waiting a little extra time to receive the one I purchased. I decided to wait since the cost didn't change. Unfortunately, Covid 19 hit shortly after and the shipment was delayed. bbqsgrills.com communicated with me around the situation and the grill and accessories arrived in perfect condition. If it wasn't for the pandemic, things could not have been smoother. Thank you for the communication!
