Gia Martinelli was exceptional, professional, polite, took care of a minor mishap immediately. The Smoker I purchased was early and exactly what I expected. Your employee went above and beyond taking care of my issue. I will be recommending your business to all my family and friends, Thank you

Before placing order I was told 3-5 days shipping time. Following day after I ordered the grill I got email stating shipping date will be 14 days. Big difference!! What good does it do to ask about shipping date? Update- I have to give BBQ GUYS a big Thank You!! I actually received my grill today, December 9, 2025. It only took a total of 7 days from date of my order to when the grill arrived. I think that is very acceptable. Thank you for the great service!

My experience was top notch. Website is easy to use. Has a ton of information on their products. Easy to compare models. Most impressive to me was the delivery time. From the time of the email order receipt to when the product arrived was 56hrs. 190lb pallet delivered in perfect condition. Very happy customer.

Very happy with my purchase. Brina Thomas delivered great support. She listened and helped me resolve an issue. So powerful when a person is empowered and they personally step up to make a great outcome happen. Brina is to are respected and valued. As a result, I am increased in my trust and desire to do more with BBQG. Thanks

Bought a Mont Alpi grill Island online after researching what would work best for our family. The purchase was simple and fast. But even before I had received the grill and island I seen that the price was significantly reduced, so I called customer service and inquired about it. She understood and even though it might not be standard procedure she went ahead and matched the sales price. Very much appreciated the assistance and earned a loyal customer.

I ordered an expensive stainless bbq pit.I had the product in 72 hours. No problems no hassle. Courier kept me well informed about the delivery. Great customer service.

These guys are amazing. Spoke with Jon Vidos and he rocks. I had an issue with my Blaze Outdoor refrigerator and he solved it immediately. BUY YOUR NEXT OUTDOOR GRILL FROM THEM! They are truly the best!

Excellent experience ordering from this company. The order process is easy and the shipping is swift and my orders arrive in perfect condition. Their pricing is lower than most other sellers. I give them an A+.
