We ordered three items form BBQ Guys and were delighted with the quality of the products as well as the communication form the BBQ Guys. One item was back ordered which we knew at purchase and we informed of the status of the particular item as well as the expected ship date. All items were received and have been put ot good use. Will definitely check the BBQ Guys first before making any similar purchases in the future. Thanks

Ordered a beautiful red Weber grill, cover and aluminum chimney Jan 2020. All came on time and easily assembled. Got us thru Covid!! Great experience.

I ordered covers for a pizza oven and grill. They arrived. They fit well. All is well!

I ordered a Napoleon Prestige 500 grill and several accessories to go with it to get ready for the summer BBQ season. I found the reviews of the grill to be very helpful, as I had used Weber grills all my life. The advice on the site was great, and once I placed my order, everything went well. I received my accessories in a few days, and the delivery service called to schedule my grill delivery. EVEN BETTER - when I accidentally cut the ignitor line to the side infrared sear grill when I was cutting the tie downs, they shipped me a replacement wire free of charge. THANK YOU! Love these folks.

Customer Service Rep Elizabeth Hunt went above and beyond today to get us a part in a last minute request! She did everything from contacting the vendor to looking up dealers in our local area that might have some in stock! Ultimately Blaze offered to overnight it to us, which is exactly what he needed it. I really appreciate the time and effort she put into making this happen! Thank you Ms.Hunt!

Excellent. I needed help rearranging an order I placed, and "Mohawk Mike" was so patient and friendly while sorting out my mistakes and making sure I understood what changed. The products are quality, the customer service as well. Recommend to all my friends shopping here. Thanks BBQ GUYS!

Good price, quick delivery, received in good condition and exactly as ordered. Will do business with again.

Very pleased with bbqguys.com. I ordered a Broil King Regal 500 pellet grill on 1/16/2020. The order showed the grill shipping from the warehouse in 5-7 business days, and I expected another week or so on top of that to get to my house. Well, on 1/21 I received notification that the grill had shipped and the carrier would contact me to setup a delivery time. Process was smooth, much faster than expected (or listed), and the grill was delivered by lift gate truck on 1/23/2020, exactly one week after ordering. It was a 3rd party carrier, but the grill and box were intact with no damage or issues. One and only experience with bbqguys.com so far, but very pleased and zero issues.
