Last year I purchase a Kamado joe BBQ Love it. The service was great. I had trouble with the cover and they replaced it without sending the old one back. I now purchase the iKaman 2 from BBQGUYS . Saw the utube on the 2. And I can say it works GREAT! Starts up fast, keeps the temp settings just right ( might be off 5-6 degrees but that fine for me. Thanks BBQGUYS LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PURCHASE 🤓

I am very pleased with BBQ Guys and the help and support I received. I purchased a bbq and other items to go along with this as a house warming gift. The person who helped me was very helpful and let me know that some of the items I had ordered were backordered for 6-8 weeks. I had read this on BBQ Guys site, but was very pleased that I was also verbally informed. This was not a problem as the house where the bbq is to be delivered is currently under construction and no one is living there at this time. I did request that all items be sent together as no one is at the property to receive anything that would be shipped earlier that the 6-8 week period. I assume two of the items I ordered were from different vendors and were shipped very quickly. I am unsure as to why all items were not shipped at the same time as the bbq? At this time we are looking forward to the bbq and other items being delivered. So far other than the shipment issue with the two items that were shipped early everything has been very positive!! I would absolutely purchase from BBQ Guys in the future.

BBQ Guys had the Weber Q-grill griddle that I was looking for. They shipped it in three days. I ordered the wrong size and they replaced it with no questions asked! Great customer service!
