Pinky made my experience painless and our back and forth emails were enjoyable!

So, I was extremely satisfied with the overall shopping experience at BBQGuys.com. Though I’m a new customer, I’ve been shopping online since 1998, so I was a bit skeptical about making such a large purchase. They delivered in every way! Easy checkout, fast shipping, beautiful product… Has to be among the best online shopping experiences for bulk items. I’ve already made another purchase!

I was able to find what I needed at a fraction of the cost on Amazon or Ebay during prime grilling season. BBQGUYS will be my 1st stop for all my future grilling needs.

Ordered four new seat cushions for an outdoor patio set and the price was better than we found anywhere else. The real bonus was free shipping and we received the cushions in just a few days. Absolutely a positive experience from start to finish. Would definitely buy from these guys again.

There was no e-mail jail during our research, Q&A, purchase journey. All questions were answered politely, succinctly and truthfully. No bragging, no sales pitches - just the facts. Uncluttered website and A+ customer service! Add a sixth STAR *!
