I have not yet received my order. It is in Phoenix, and I am in Southern California. Not far, and it has been 9 days so far.

The shopping experience is very easy. I did not give a 5 star because you have to call in for a military discount. It should be a pre-approved or some way to verify the discount without making a phone call. But the shopping is easy, and when you do call, the customer service is excellent, so I don't have a complaint just wished I could bypass this step.

Ordering was easy. I wanted a 15 in skillet for browning space and I got a quality skillet. It just needs another good layer of seasoning to make it perfect.

My product was not on time due to Covid. I expected that given the circumstances. My dad loves the grill smoker and we’re going to try it this week on some chicken. Got him some samples of wood chips to try out. Overall experience is good with BBQGuys.

I ordered a weber genesis grill at the height of covid shut down (in late March). While the delivery took a while (understandable). They did provide information on the freight shipping (first time for me). I like the site, the user experience was good. So overall been really happy with them, and plan to order stuff from them in the future.

Ordered a fire pit burner ring and log set. Selection was daunting (so many different sizes, BTUs, components) so I called to speak to a customer service/sale rep. The woman I spoke to did not have any knowledge regarding fire pits so I was left to fend for myself. I did exhaustive research and came up with the right items but it would have been truly helpful if the sales rep had some idea regarding the items they sell. Overall though the products are great and work perfectly.
