I ordered the Koda 16 from Ooni, the mfg, where I had to wait for a six week backorder. When it came it was too big for my use so I started a return purchase which took over a week. In the meantime I found BBQGuys.com and ordered the smaller Koda. It arrived perfectly packed in two days. It also came via FedEx which did not require me to sign for the pkg. I love the Ooni Koda and the BBQ GUYS .

We placed several orders with BBQGuys as we were building our outdoor kitchen this past summer. Everything about the experience was great! Their website and order process is easy, their communication is excellent, and products are high quality. When we placed our initial order the beginning of the summer, one of the items was damaged in shipping and customer service was great in resolving the issue and getting us a replacement.
