Quick service on 3 of 4 items delivering first item In 3 days and last of 3 in a week. 4th item is listed as 12 to 16 weeks for a grill cover. Products meet my expectations on quality and pricing. I would use them again. Floyd in Texas.

Excellent company to deal with with promt and efficient deliveries. My only concern is the cooking surface of the item I purchased was smaller than I had envisioned.

3.5 stars. Lots of information and huge selection. The grills I ordered arrived pretty quickly too. I'm not a fan of their freight delivery. The shipping invoice billed them for appointment delivery but both pallets came on separate days without scheduling an appointment for either, no signature. Drop and take a pic... They say delivery is free, but in reality they are rolling the charges into the purchase price. Not a problem, I get it. However, considering it is curbside delivery, this could have been very bad, as I'm heading out on vacation the day after the second unscheduled delivery. I reached out to customer service about the process twice, and never received a response. They should probably speak with their carrier and talk about getting refunded for the service they pay for and pass onto us.

The shopping experience was good. The shipping and delivery, not so much. I received the typical "your order is being processed and I even got an out for delivery email from FedEx with a tracking# A few days later it was still sitting at the Nashville TN hub and I even got a confirmation that my searbox had been delivered. 4 days later it was actually delivered.

Ordered a pizza stone, temperature gauge, and smoker box. Would be helpful to have instructions for replacing the temperature gauge or a video describing how to do it. Also, am still awaiting delivery of the smoker box. Thus far, I am very pleased with grill quality and service received.

Shipping was fast! It was great to order the correct brand grill accessory without worrying if it would be a "generic" version of what I wanted. Husband was super happy with his birthday gift.

I got what I ordered real quick, but it was bent during shipment. I decided to straighten it and use it instead of spending money to return it. It is pretty cheap, so not a big loss if it doesn’t work. The cardboard box it shipped in was real flimsy, so no surprise it was crushed by a delivery person that couldn’t care less.

Good prices, prompt shipping of Broil King replacement parts. However, E-mail advertising intensity post purchace was excessive/annoying.
