Feel bad after reading the negative comments regarding bad customer service. I should have done it before and save a lot of problems!!! Understand that suppliers are impacted by many issues but customers are first!!!

I bought smoker and 2 different kinds of pellets. One bag of pellets was missing in my order. I have reached out with 3 emails, multiple chat attempts and phone calls. I have never received an email back, the chat system keeps kicking me out and I can never reach any one on the phone. I would never order anything again with this company which still owes me a beg of pellets from my order.

Don't buy from BBQguys.com. I placed an order with this company on May 3rd. A day later cancelled the order before it shipped because I found a better deal somewhere else. As of June 1st, still NO REFUND. I've had numerous emails with customer service (because they don't ever answer their phone) trying to get a refund. Finally had to open a dispute with my bank so they could take over retrieving my money. Avoid the headache and frustration and buy your BBQ items somewhere else.

I ordered a drop in burner pan and all the accessories to go with it. Shipping was fast, it arrived in a week. However, the drop in pan is out of square and will not fit flat on the fire place surface. I‘ve emailed BBQ Guys multiple times for the past 4 weeks now and haven’t heard a thing from them.

This companies reviews were stellar for so long. But do not buy anything from them now. Their delivery claim on the website is so incredibly false as these other reviews indicate. So for my order which was a house warming present for our daughter and her husband. Our purchase was a Kamado Joe Classic II grill plus many accessories. The total of the order was over $1500.00. BBGuys charged my card in full at the time of the order. Two weeks after the initial promised shipping date with zero updates from them.. countless chats each promising different ship dates, end of this week, end of next week, etc. Then an update on my order confirmation screen after a promise same day of shipping tomorrow to estimated ship date 08/03/2020... that would be a full 5 months after order although they charged my card in full not pending on order date. We could not get any reply at all to all attempts to cancel the order, email, chat, calls.. so disputed the charge with AMEX... they refunded our money. We ordered from Amazon instead.. the grill itself seems price-controlled at every vendor however, all the accessories we had ordered form BBQ Guys we added to the order from Amazon as well and actually added one item... total cost via Amazon was $1321.46, BBQ guys $1528.96. Runaway and look up their reviews via this site and many others for the past 6 months... crazy bad!

I'm so disappointed with their service. The order said shipment ready in 5-7 days, order status since 3 weeks is preparing shipment - but nothing happens. I get no answer to my emails and calls. I get that their might be some delays because of COVID - in response. However marketing & sales is still working well - really disappointed.

This may be minor to some, but for me good customer service is a sign that you’re usually working with good folks. Well, BBQGuys has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. The feed you full of ‘mess’ and forget about you. I have to keep asking them about my damaged order, which when ordered was delivered very fast, I was impressed! I try to call, no answer, time and time again! I purchased this product for a purpose, which I cannot do now because of the damaged product. I will never order from them again! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!!

So far I'm not very happy with this company. Ordered a Kamado Joe Classic III last Wednesday. They advertise that items ship in 1-3 business days. Today I called to check the status, and was told by a customer service rep that the item is not in stock...would have been nice to know when I ordered it. They couldn't tell me when it would be in stock. Instead, I received the following e-mail: It was a pleasure speaking with you earlier. I am sending this email to confirm that our Fulfillment team will reach out to you with an update on the status of order XXXXXXXXX within the next 3 business days. So now I have to wait to hear from their Fulfillment team...maybe another 3 days.
