Ordered outside fridge 15 days ago, they charged my c/c that day, item says ships in 24-48 hrs, nothing from the company. Emailed Customer Service, this is the response : We appreciate your message and are working to answer you as soon as possible. For the health and safety of our employees, we are working from home. Along with an increase in our average number of requests, this may delay responses. We are responding within 5 - 7 business days for most requests. UNBELIEVABLE 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Awful... spent $2500 on patio set. two weeks later I was informed it would take EIGHT weeks for delivery. Summer will be over by the time I get it. To make matters worse, they don't return emails or calls. What professional organization does that? This is a poorly run company... all they care about is their web presence. They dont care about the customer at all

Do NOT order anything here .. I ordered the Barbecue to arrive fir Father’s Day in April. Followed up two weeks ago they said it was within the expected shipping window. I called them today they said it was backordered then cancelled. This was with zero contact and they had nit refunded my money of over $1300. I called and after 30 minutes with customer service they said my money would be processed to be returned in 7 to 10 days! They beyond suck ! You cannot keep people’s money never contact them and now I don’t have my Father’s Day present for my husband that I planned months ago! Go some place reliable!

I placed an order on June 14, and received an email confirmation notice that my order was received. On June 17, I checked the order status and it showed that the estimated shipping date on my items was September 7!!! I had not received any communication from BBQ Guys that my order was delayed for any reason. However, upon checking my credit card on line I found that I had already been charged for the entire order. It was not a pending charge, it was a posted charge. So basically they were going to keep my money for 90 days before I received my merchandise. I called customer service and simultaneously initiated an on-line chat. I never got past the recordings on the phone call. After about 20 minutes I did get a response on chat. They couldn't really account for the extended shipping time. In the meantime, my husband found the item from another place online and we could get it in two days. Guess you know who that was. So I asked them to cancel the order the refund my money. The customer service person told me he would have to check and make sure the item had not been shipped from Traeger before they could refund my money. I told him this was not acceptable, and asked how they would feel if they ordered stock from Traeger and were required to pay for it today, but they wouldn't get it for three months? He didn't have a response. I do have an emailed cancellation confirmation, but they said it would take a while to get my money back. I had ordered from them several times before, but I will never order from them again. I really hate this because I try to support small businesses whenever possible.

I purchased a grill Order N27559221C couple days later there was a free cover included ad. I could have bin a jerk and cancelled the order and reordered to get the free cover, but i figured they would honor the promotion. Boy was wrong guess that's what you get for not being a jerk next time i know.

This is my first review of anything, EVER. And I haven't even bought anything from these people. I am in the market for a kamado joe classic 3 grill. Even with the salty price tag I am looking to buy. Of course google search brings up BBQ guys. I'm shopping around everywhere and the prices are comparable everywhere. Except today I see BBQGuys advertising the grill for $100 off +plus a free gift!! Well at this price range, anything FREE could help sway me. First off, the MSRP of this grill is $1699. BBQGuys advertise it for $1799 but $100 off!! Bringing you right back down to the MSRP. Next, and worse is the "FREE GIFT" They are advertising a "FREE GIFT" comprised of exactly all of the standard equipment that comes with the grill!! every piece FREE! I even chatted with customer service to confirm if that is what the "FREE GIFT" is referring to and it was confirmed. So I take if there wasn't a "FREE GIFT" promotion, you'd be receiving a grill shell and nothing else?? What a joke. Crooked backwards sales tactic fellas. You lost a potential customer and will never recommend anyone buying a spatula from these people

Ordered a smoker from them on May 14th, and their website stated it would ship in 4-6 weeks or mid to late June. Immediately after ordering, I checked the status to make sure that everything went through fine, and it had changed the anticipated shipping date to mid July. I reached out to support asking if that time frame was correct as the item was a gift and needed before then. Never heard back. I checked the order status on May 23rd, and it then stated that the order wasn't going to ship until July 31st. I sent another request to support asking that the order be cancelled and that I was very dissatisfied. Never heard back. I sent a final notice on May 29th telling them again that I was dissatisfied, and that I was going to dispute the charge with my CC company (because of course they ran my card and took my money the day that I placed the order). Still haven't heard back on any of my attempts to get in touch with them, but thankfully the CC company refunded the charge. I get that we're in challenging times for many businesses, but their customer service is beyond bad and completely unacceptable. They've lost me as a customer forever, and if I were you I'd stay far, far away.

Shipping dates are false, they charge you immediately, miss the shipping date, will not answer the phone, and won't respond to email request, and you are left without the item. No response. Thank God it was only $60 gone to these guys.
