A friend ordered me the Flameboss but ordered the wrong one. You would think the process of returning it in exchange for the correct one would be painless. WRONG. It took this company 8 DAYS to simply create a return label for me to use to send the item back. I had to pester them almost every day until somebody finally got it done. Once I shipped the item back, it took them 11 days after the day they received it to issue the refund, and that only happened because I continued to bug them on the online chat. A simple return and refund should not take this long. Horrible customer service.

Ordered an "in stock" item 2 weeks ago. No shipment, no refund. Tried support. See response below. Bought a Kamado Joe classic 2 for $1199. Came damaged. Gasket ripped halfway around and bent latch. Been painful so far trying to return it. Buy a grill from somewhere else. No I dont want to repair a grill that came damaged on arrival. Are you kidding me?

If there was an option to put "0" stars I would. I ordered patio heaters and a controller [Bromic] over 5 weeks ago. My written order confirmation from BBQGuys says it ships within 24-48 hours. I attempted unsuccessfully their online chat several times, called after being on hold for over 30 minutes more than once, and sent several emails looking for shipping/delivery information without success. Apparently, you cannot believe a thing these folks say. And to top it off, they charged my credit card the same day I ordered so they have had over $1,500 of my hard-earned cash for over a month.

Products not delivered after one month. I purchase several stainless steel outdoor kitchen items from this company. On the website items appear as in stock, and ready to ship after 1-3 business days. Shipping company called to schedule delivery, then called again to say items have not been delivered by BBQGuys to them. Poorly run business, no communication, blatantly saying items are shipping when in reality they don’t appear to have them in stock.

If there was an option to put "0" stars I would. I ordered a bull propane grill over 4 weeks ago. The site says it ships within 24-48 hours. I've been online chat three times, called after being on hold for over 30 minutes - twice and got an email that says it would ship on 6/26/2020. Since I never received confirmation of the shipping, I went online today - the 27th and checked ordered status - it now says estimated ship date of August 31st. You cannot believe a thing these folks say. And to top it off, they charged my credit card the same day I order.

I placed and order on May 25 with a delivery date no later than June 10. I did not receive my item so I attempted to contact them 3 times for an update and just today (6-25-2020) they send me an email indicating that the shipping date is now August 21. Its bad enough that you have to wait for an item for 3 months after you have paid for it, but the customer service communication was terrible. Also, they continue to send me emails indicating the same the item is available for purchase!! Buyer definitely beware!!

I ordered a grill- it arrived on time, but I decided I did not need another grill. I contacted BBQ Guys to request return info. I never even opened the grill. Two weeks later, I still have not heard back from them. Just a canned response: We appreciate your message and are working to answer you as soon as possible.
