Do not order anything from this company.I cancelled a order and it’s been a week and still no refund

We completed a rather large outdoor addition 3 years ago, purchasing outdoor cabinets, Beverage fridge and Hestin grill from BBQ Guys. Everything was great until we had issues with our pullout garbage drawer rusting and tracks falling apart. When we called BBQ guys to tell them, they initially told us it was 3 years old and there was nothing they could do until we told them our paperwork said the product had a lifetime manufacturer warranty. After 3 weeks of us contacting them, they told us the manufacturer would only send us parts for us to try and fix ourselves. The cabinet is $545 dollars to replace and I will likely spend a couple hundred on labor to try and fix it as the track is not removable and the cabinet is screwed into stone. I am extremely disappointed in the fact that BBQ guys continuously has put it back on the manufacturer but I didn’t purchase it from them, I purchased it from BBQ guys. They should do a better job with quality product selection and hold their manufacturers accountable. BBQ Guys prides themselves on giving you the “best deal” but its not a good deal if they sell you junk and don’t demand better quality from their manufacturers. They did say I could send them a receipt for the labor to fix, but lets be honest, no installer is going to come out for that anytime soon.

Worst experience I have ever had for online purchases. False advertising on website for delivery dates. Never contacted me about delays in shipping. I had to contact them four times for the order status before I finally got fed up and canceled the order. I canceled the order and then they shipped a partial order the next day. Never would use them again.

I am currently in the process of purchasing over $6000+ of equipment from BBQGuys. I would recommend that you do a lot of research before you decide to buy from them. I was looking for equipment that would be in stock and ship in a week or so. I was enticed with a good discount and was told that even though the eqipment shows 12-16 weeks availibility, there is a shipment coming in within the next 2 days and the availibility will be changed then. Low and behold, 5 days after placing the order, I find that the availibility is actually 12-16 weeks. So I say fine, I will just order a second line of same brand that shows in stock. Its a slightly lower line of same brand. So I go research and send them an update of what items to remove and add and they promptly do that for me but guess what, the discounts that I was offered on the original line are no longer valid and I need to pay full price for a lower quality line. This is what I call a bait and switch. Got me to order and now charge me more for and cheaper line. Bravo BBQ Guys!!! I asked them 10 times to consolidate my shipment. They are shipping things randomly. There is no tracking information and who in this day and age does not provide tracking info? The order status for everything is always preparing shipment. Even for items that are 12-16 weeks out. It basically shows the dishonesty of this company or pure incompetence to run a e-commerce business. My last time doing business with them. If they hadn't shipped the grill and I didn't need the equipment right away, I would have cancelled this order. Also, dont believe ships in 24 hours. 24 hours means about 5 days and counting so far and other than 1 item nothing has shipped.

I ordered two items on line because their Web Site stated they had items in stock and could ship within 3-5 days. After two weeks of contacting them DAILY and them not being able to get any information, I had to cancel the transaction. I purchase many things online as most of us do these days and this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an online purchase. Their CS folks were very friendly but could not get ANY information related to my order. I would HIGHLY recommend not using this vendor for your project.

Both a grill with some accessories, everything was good until I needed to return once of the accessories that I had bought for $40 that is in a small box that weights less than one pound. After over 3 weeks of waiting for return authorization, they got back to be today saying it will cost $77.38 for FedEx cost! Learn my lesson why I should stick with big box stores like Home Depot.

Worst company ever! I placed an order and it was supposed to ship in 2 days. Then I get an email sayng it will be shipped in 45 days! So I call and complained and the lady told me that she found another one in stock and it would ship in 2 days. Went to the finincing again.... After 5 days I called in to check on the shipment since in their website it says "preparing for shipment" the lady told me it will ship in 45 days!! Again!! All I heard was, sorry.... would you like a refund? That's it! I wasted 12 days with them! I finally bought it on Amazon, $100 cheaper and it shipped out the next day. Good by forever bbqguys. Thanks for wasting my time.

Avoid. Sold a grill to me advertising "leaves our warehouse in 1-3 days". That was one day ago. Now I'm being told it may be three months for delivery. Trying to cancel now but they're acting like they are doing me a favor in doing so. So much competition in this area - why put up with such ridiculousness? I recommend you look elsewhere!
