very disappointed with my experience from bbq guys ...I purchased a bbq from bbq guys beginning of august 2026. Since placing the order I called approximately once a week to find out when my bbq would be shipped. Every time I was told the same thing...It would be next week run around...with no bbq and no satisfactory explanation...After weeks of repeated phone calls, I finally canceled my order today....This has been a very disappointing experience. I understand that delays happen, but repeatedly giving a customer the same promise without delivering is not acceptable...I would not recommend BBQ GUYS based on my experience....Now I have to wait till next year to get my old BBQ picked up by my trash company...UGG

Dear Affirm Support, I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the resolution of my dispute regarding product ID U72H-EJP1. As previously stated, this is not a financial issue, but rather a matter of poor customer protection. It is disappointing that you have decided to side with the merchant despite the fact that the merchandise arrived damaged from day one. This decision indicates a clear lack of support for the buyer. I will be sharing my negative experience with your company across my social media platforms to ensure other consumers are aware of how buyer disputes are handled. Bbqguys is probably the biggest mistake I made. The fridge door came broken, the countertops all discolored, and nothing matched. Their response was to wait 10 weeks. Even after that, they shipped new tops and said they would not put them on. That is my responsibility. Fixing the fridge door is also my responsibility. The guy did not get back to me for 3 days I sent 4 texts and called and left message he finally did and book an appointment for 9 am on Friday he was late 90 min. He came and sprayed the bbq made a mess did not clean properly said he could not tighten the screws for the new burners I did my self he did not clean the grills he grinded for 2 min I timed home and gave me this BS storey about the bbq he did not clean the did burner as well I would never use this service again and I will tell everyone not to wast their money on this a total rip off very poor never again 135 waist of money Dave Richmond BC

Just go to your local stores to purchase these items. BBQ Guys (and gals) are not helpful in the least I've had two calls and multiple emails and the most action I’ve seen was when Dave in sales earnestly told me he’d “write a note” for his boss to see in the morning. I should’ve read these reviews first. Just go to your local guy don’t bother with these clowns.

Ordered outdoor furniture. All items said “item will ship from our warehouse July 21-23.” Whole family was excited to get the furniture and be able to enjoy it. Placed order on July 20. July 21 after paying for items I received an “update to your order” this said items are “set to ship Sept 08” VERY UNHAPPY. September 8 is NOT July 21-23. Would like to be refunded until the items actually ship.

They will not stand behind their product. Don’t believe the warranty hype. They will say it’s something you did wrong.

Placed an order and received notification we would have tracking info within 24 hours. Didn't come. After a week we call to cancel. After a very long wait for a service rep they say they can ship. We accept. They miss the ship date! Wife takes another day off from work to receive after confirming by text the delivery date. We call the trucker day its expected to arrive, and they advise its not on the truck. These "Guys" are a joke. They don't appear to have anything in stock and their CS support is terrible. will prob have to open a dispute with the CC company. Tom

I called for a replacement part for a Firemagic hood that i got from them and he told me they were a bbq store, not a hood store. i reminded him that their name is bbqguys buy they sell grills, hoods, ice makers... everything for an outside kitchen and i know that bc i bought the appliances from them. He then said, "yeah, maybe but we dont have the parts". Do not get ANYTHING from these people if you ever expect any time of service or even just a little courtesy. EXTREMELY rude and not helpful.
