Don’t believe them. Don’t order from BBQguys. In May, I ordered Texas Original Pits ID # 307159 Texas Original Pits Ranger 16x26 Camper Grill W/ Hitch Attachment - PG-1626-SL. I read the reviews that BBQguys have bad shipping and order fulfillment practices so I called twice to verify that the merchandise was in stock and would be shipped out. The company has moved the shipment date of the pit 4 times. I wanted it for a Father’s Day gift. The shipment date is now the end of August. The entire summer is gone. This could have all Been avoided if they had a communicate that it was back ordered. Terrible communication.

I am sooo disappointed. I placed my online order almost a month ago. I still do not have it. Before I placed my order, I called to make sure that the products were in the warehouse and ready to ship immediately. A month later I am still waiting for my $3,000 order! I just contacted BBQ customer service, so we will see if they get back to me. The local shipping company says they have my boxes and they are too busy to look for them. They will not let me come pick them up because they are still in a container at their warehouse. I had a general contractor scheduled to start building my outdoor kitchen and now I have to reschedule him. I am so frustrated and disappointed. I would not order from BBQ Guys because the shipping is horrible.

Horrible customer service and a complete setup!!! We ordered a grill and they knew it wouldn’t ship on time so they sent the in-ground post right away. We didn’t order the in-ground post so after many attempts to return the post we decided to just get a refund. Well they shipped the grill anyway and didn’t respond to emails for two weeks. It’s a scam and they play a game with you by shipping partial orders. Really disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone, look elsewhere. Save yourself some headaches.

I ordered and recieved a grill and smoker from them. Received all in good order. Prior to ordering which I wasn't real privy to the ceramic grill thing. Wasn't told prior to ordering that a heat deflector was needed for slow smoking. Read up on it after I ordered and was told after that there was no heat deflector available. Part of it was my fault for not knowing what I needed. But prior to that I had talk to a rep that assured me he was going to get one of these for himself. I received the grill and set it up. The temperature Guage didn't work at all. Called and was told they were giving the information to the person who deals with defective parts. Bottom line i was told that it would take 4 to 7 days for them to review and respond. 1 week later I called again and was told because of the holidays and them being so busy it would take longer. Called again and was told the order for replacement was put in the system to be ordered. Called 2 more times and was told the Guage was not in stock and had been backordered. My thinking was and still is this grill was on sale and had been discontinued and parts were no longer available. I inquired about the heat deflector and was told they hadn't made any of these and didn't know when it would be available. A ceramic grill is no good without a deflector for slow smoking. So in fact I'm sitting here with a grill and smoker I can't use for 1 month. Not cheap either. It was one of their own bbqguys signature grills. Should have known better and ordered a common size and different brand. Could have at least bought assesories for and had replacements parts to be able to do what I want. Not pleased at all with the run around. Do not recommend.

I placed an order for a barbecue on May 22, 2023 hoping to have it for a family get together on July 4th. When I ordered it it said it would ship in 24-48 hours. It did say that sometimes it may be a little longer for turnaround. 2 weeks later I checked the website and it said that the grill was on back order but it would ship by June 30th. During the last week of June I emailed the company to make sure it was still on track to ship by June 30th. I got a very nice email back from Janet in customer service who apologized that it was late but she was going to “keep an eye out” for my order to make sure there are no further delays. Today is June 30th. The website says the order is processing. I called customer service and she was unable to tell me if they are just waiting to ship, or if they have none in stock. She now said that she will get back to me ASAP with the status. I was of course disappointed since my summer will likely be without a grill (which I easily could have ordered from a different company). But worse is that I just received an email recapping my phone call and the customer service rep now says I’m the email that someone would be in touch with me within. 3-5 business days with an update. Just awful. I couldn’t recommend this company. They have been dishonest with me. If they had told me upfront that it was back ordered or if they had kept accurate status on their website (which would have said that the item was back ordered) I would have gone with a different company. Now, on June 30th it will be impossible to find a company with it in stock.

Ordered a grill for Father's Day - "in stock, ships in time for Father's Day" according to the website. Got a message it would be delayed a MONTH. Customer service answered my complaint, then ignored emails. I paid full price, and have no grill. Do not recommend.

Their delivery company just dumped the grill off on the sidewalk in front of the house, at the bottom of a big set of stairs, rather than driving it to the driveway, where I could have taken care of it myself. I can't move it by myself, so it's just out there where it could be stolen and causing a hazard. Customer service said, "It's curbside delivery so we're fine with this." To return it, it will just be sitting out there on the sidewalk over night, and I have to pay to return it. I would find any other company to order this from.

Ordered for Father's Day. Few days before get email it's backordered. Then follow up email said it would be shipped next day, but not make it by Father's Day. Still waiting 3 days later for it to ship. Replied to supply dept for update, no response. Called today to cancel and they told me still backordered. What a circus. Will never order from them again!! One and done.
