The phoniest advertising of any company I have ever dealt with. We ordered a BBQ for $1,500, then cancelled the order a week before we were to receive it. Bbqguys sends me an email stating they want $450 for a restocking fee. I said absolutely not, this is highway robbery, have a manager contact me. Instead, they kept their grill AND my $1,500!! And we have not heard from them in over two months! I keep thinking that I will get a call, but they must be too busy lying to others about their wonderful service.

They do not keep anything in stock. Even if it says in stock. I'm not even sure they have a warehouse. If you order anything, be prepared for months and months of delays. You're better off buying from anyone else or directly from the manufacturer if you can since they sell everything at MSRP anyway.

Don't buy from them we have a electronic gill that we paid 1700 for a doesn't work we are waiting 2 months and they won't return our money we paid for a grill thT doesn't work

Never do business with these guys. They just delivered a 200 lb grill on a street marked no trucks and no deliverys blocking handicap acess . We have alleys they are much easier and legal for deliverys.

I will never do bussiness with this company again. I received destroyed grill and instead of sending me new grill I have to wait for 3 months to get parts. Very bad customer service.

I chatted with an "expert" on their website and determined to order a Weber Genesis 2 grill. In the chat I was told that I would have the grill in 5 days. To sweeten the pot and get me to place the order they offered some free Wagyu hamburgers. All seemed good so I placed the order. The next day I was informed that my order would not ship on time as promised, so I checked back with them to see why. They said that the Wagyu burgers were not able to ship. What??? You mean you would hold up a $1300 grill order because the burgers would be delayed?? Made no sense to me. After determining that they were not going to get the grill to me in time for an upcoming event I cancelled the order (which they make difficult to do) and placed an order with Amazon. Of course, Amazon delivered in a couple days. BBQ Guys put a pending amount on my credit card and it stayed there for a few days, then dropped off. To my surprise, they put a second pending on my card a few days later, after i had confirmation that my order had been cancelled. I called Amex and they flagged it. In my view BBQ Guys showed themselves to be dishonest in their business practices, so I will never try to purchase from them again. YMMV

Never again - and I had already several orders in. Always a questionable experience. All products in my orders showed as "Leaves our warehouse in 24 Hours" or "Leaves our warehouse in 5-7 Business Days". None of the shipments came in time as promised. And the delay is ridiculous: Two orders I put in on items came 8 weeks after ordering. I would not recommend to friends to order here - you might end up being disappointed / waiting for months. Other reviews here and on similar platform seem to share this experience.

I bought a Forno Venetzia Torino 200 pizza oven from BBQGuys and found their customer service to be horrid. After placing the order I was told the item was out of stock and would be delivered 11 1/2 weeks after the original projected delivery date. Item was ordered on 4/17/21 and finally delivered on 7/19/21 over three months later with absolutely no prior notification of the delivery. Fortunately and by chance, I was home but completely surprised with the 18-wheel truck in front of my home. Consequently, I was at a loss for what to do with this 386 pound shipping weight delivery when it arrived since I had no lead time to plan for moving the oven. Changing delivery dates, ridiculous updates from BBQGuys that were actually no update at all and eventual delivery over three months after the order was placed. Since receiving the oven I have had no communication from them other than the daily sales pitch I get in my email. Last time for me doing business with this company. As a side note don't look for any negative reviews on their web site. There is no way to leave a review and they obviously populate their site with ontly steller reveiws.
