The remote control aspect on a very pricey electric fireplace I bought stopped working after less than a year of use. But because of a technicality (delayed shipping which I was totally unable to control) they would do nothing. It ended up that it was not the remote control, it was the receiver on fireplace. Now I have to stand at the fireplace and use the controls on it which is really worthless and annoying considering the cost of buying one that was suppoed to have remote controll access!!! No help from BBQ Guys. They got their money and said "tough luck." Just screwed by the BBQ Guys. Never again!!!

Ordered a Weber grill and at no point did BBQ Guys ore the shipping company disclose that delivery included curbside delivery only. Delivery company would only leave the 260lb grill on the sidewalk. Refused delivery and BBQ Guys is still charging me for shipping. Do not order from this company - they engage in deceptive practices.

Ordered a $350 griddle, then cancelled an hour later. Was told my order was cancelled but of course they shipped it anyway. Had no idea it was still being shipped until FedEx showed up in the driveway. Luckily I was there to refuse the package, then after contacting them to make sure the refund was in process I was told they were charging me $110 for shipping the item back because I "didn't want it." I said no, I cancelled the order but they insist I will have to pay the shipping back, even they they lied that the order was cancelled. Disputing with American Express which is a hassle. When I called to talk to a customer service person at bbqguys, I told her I was disputing the charge and in a condescending tone she told me, "that's greattttttt." I hung up. Don't order from these scammers!!!!! Also, as someone else pointed out, you can't comment on their website. They only have glowing "testimonials."

WARNING: I must say once Dana with BBQGUYS, Customer Service got invoIved, it was like I was dealing with a complety different company. She represented them very well, but worked hard and my grill arrived today 12/15. I am a happy customer now and told Dana, no doubt she has a horrible job having to work the complaints, but work she did and If she is not in charge of customer service, she should be. Thanks Dana. I am leaving my review up so you can understand a hat happened. , I rate BBQGuys at the bottom of the bottom. I ordered a grill on 11/18/21 with a promise of shipping on 11/19/21. And yes they sent me a notice on the 19th that my grill had shipped, so they are good at promising anything to get your cash, but of course, the tracking number was fake and did not work. They blame Estes Freight, yet I called Estes and they have No Shipments To My Name from BBQguys, None !!!. Estes even did a conference call to them with me on the line. Also try to do a review of them and that is a joke for you can't. They take your money and in my opinion, will tell you anything to get your money. So they are many other better, safer places to order. You have been warned !!

The most unprofessional delivery I have ever been a part of. No communication from the delivery service before today. It was my recollection delivery would be Friday, Nov 12. I would never scheduled delivery today, Nov 10, given my schedule. When I learned of today's delivery, I called to understand timing, as none was provided. I was given a two hour window, which was not convenient and also missed. My busiest portion of the day was when delivery occurred, and had not even been notified of the delivery. I expected delivery to be on the driveway, which was what was explained to me by the carrier (rude on the call btw). I would have chatted with the drivers to move the palette a few more feet into the back patio. I was on a conference call when delivery occurred. No doorbell ring, no call, nothing. After my conference call I looked outside and see the delivery was in the middle of the sidewalk in front of the gate to the front of the house, not the driveway 125 feet away. Who does that? Now I have to figure out how to move a very heavy palette 125 feet into the delivery spot that should have occurred in the first place. Incredibly unprofessional!!

Took forever for package to arrive. I ordered the same exact order and quantity of Amazon and they arrive two days later just as promised. A week later and the barbecue guys order still has not arrived yet.

Made a purchase May 25, 2021 8:20 AM N210525186 and they did a price match. and received Kamado Jr promotion Free Gift ash rake, grill holder and did not receive KJ15090620 Sear Plate. Called BBQ Guys and I was told that there was no sear plate made for my Kamado Joe JR. I emailed a picture of the page with the promotion Free Gift stating that part #KJ15090620 Sear Plate was included. Never heard back so I called a second time and the rep told because I was price matched that I would not receive this Sear Plate. I asked to talk with a manager. I received a call from the manager and stated that the promotion was for Memorial day only. Not true and the picture of the Free Gift promotion stated otherwise. he ignored the picture. I felt like I was at a car dealer said to say. Will not buy from BBQ Guys Again.
