Horrible return policy
Horrible return policy. I will stick with Amazon! You can only return items that are unused. I bought a iGrill thermometr and didn't like how it worked. Too bad for me! Never again will I purchase form them.

If I could give zero stars I would. While they advertise great prices and seem to have products, they don't. Nothing is in stock and you don't know until a few days after you order that everything is on back order. Ordered the OONI on sale and guess what ...back ordered. Cancelled and ordered it from Bloomingdales for a bit more but I got it within 3 days. The part that pissed me off the most was that I passed up sales during the same period from reputable companies to order from them. Don't believe they have things in stock because they simply don't. If you get something, consider yourself lucky.

Does not stand by their product. Received a Weber grill and the lid was dented. They referred me to the manufacturer. Will not replace. DO NOT BUY from this company.

I just bought an electric grill from BBQguys. When I took the pieces out of the box, the aluminum tray that goes on the bottom of the grill had grease droppings like it was used. The top of the grill is so bent that the lid does not close like it should; I had to fight with it to secure it in place. I plugged it into a GFI wall socked and kicked out the plug....3 times. I tried another plug and blew a breaker. There is a short in the electoral part of the grill. I never had the chance to use it. When I called this place to refund my money, I was told to contact the manufacturer, it was their problem, not BBQguys. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY TOOK MY MONEY.... NOT THE MANUFACTURER

Looking for professional, objective and honest reviews in order to invest in a combination smoker/grill, I was happy to find this site. I had been there before to look at recipes for grilling etc. But this time, I needed real, honest advice and BBQGuys.com professes to give that. They do not. On a video review and breakdown to give their "honest comparison" review of the Kamado Joe combination smoker/grill and the Big Green Egg smoker/grill, it became blindingly obvious that they were pushing one brand over the other. The "expert grill reviewer" would gloss over the features of the Big Green Egg, then hop back to his comparison to the Kamado Joe, where he gave detailed breakdowns of all the pluses of that brand's bells and whistles, making sure to choose his words that reflected the best on the Kamado Joe brand. In the text comparisons between the two, below the video, they once again gave general info on the Big Green Egg, but gave more on the Kamado Joe, even going as far to link each of the Kamado Joe grills to a website where you could purchase them, (and no doubt make more money for the BBQGuys website). The Big Green Egg? You guessed it, no links to where you might purchase those. It was such a blatantly sketchy, dishonest claim of a "review" that I was literally insulted to think the company might not think the viewer would pick-up on it. It did prove, without a shadow of a doubt however, that this website skews its reviews and information in favor of its paid sponsors and/or the personal choices of their employees, and they do so without posting any disclaimer. In fact, BBQGuys.com literally lies in its claim that they're providing honest, unbiased reviews. As for me, I STILL don't know what brand of smoker/grill I should purchase, but I'll never visit or trust the BBQGuys.com website again.

I just purchased a Napoleon Prestige 500 from the BBQ guys and timed it so I would have it delivered and assembled by Handy the service endorsed by them. The grill was delivered and I had the service person from Handy here in advance of my granddaughter’s Communion this weekend. Long story - short, the package was missing pieces and the service person had to leave it 25% assembled. I called the BBQ guys who directed me to call Napoleon direct. They had me on the phone walking through all the parts delivered and finally told me some parts will be here in 10-14 days and another within 30 days. I am asking the BBQ guys to somehow take this grill back which is now in partial assembly. I have to rent a grill for this weekend’s Communion party and I had to pay the assembler $100 to leave here after 30 minutes of looking for the missing parts. I am now waiting for customer service to call me back of which they say will take a 1-2 days. It’s my hope that they will make this right. I truly hope I didn’t make a huge mistake buying the grill from the BBQ guys. Very, very disappointed. Neil Santorella
