After four years of having the same ol pellet grill, it was not only time to upgrade but it was also time to get a larger one. I did a lot of research and finally settled on the Weber gen2. I looked around and found bbqgrills.com. I called and spoke to them about the grill and they helped so much. Ryan explained all of the features of the grill and even listened to what my needs are in a grill. He agreed that the gen2 Weber was the best choice. I added the cover and front shelf. After spending 20 minutes on the phone with me, he threw in a bag of pellets! I didn’t even ask for anything and he added the pellets as a thank you. Shipping took only five days. I’ve had the grill for a month and it’s been great! The super smoke setting is awesome. I love that the grill can be used as low and slow as well as a high temp grill. Ryan’s recommendation knocked it out of the park. If you are looking for a grill or grill accessories, don’t waste your time with other sites. Bbqgrills.com is the place to go. Thanks guys.

I ordered a grill on 3/31. I've asked for updates after I received their email that said 48 - 72 hours. No response. Follow up email, I received a tracking number that per the tracking company was invalid. Additional follow up email from them after pointing this out now states, order will be shipped in 48-72 hours. Web site states grill in stock. Will ship within 24 hours from their warehouse. Shipping on site says, 24-48 hours. Can you say bait and switch? I've left messages for their customer service, no response. Emails are a joke. It looks like a complaint will have to be filed with the NY Start Attorney Generals office. At this rate, I might have my grill by May or June. They should be shutdown.

I was in need of Bull replacement burners for my grill and was having trouble locating them on-line, until I found BBQGrills.com. I had never heard of BBQGrills.com till searching for info about a new grill I would be purchasing and saw their website come up in search results. The company seemed legit, had an unbelievable price listed for the grill I was interested in and showed it was in stock, so I decided to take a risk and place the order. The price was so low I figured that if it was listed in error the worst that could happen was that the company would claim a price change as I had seen in their policies prior to placing the order and cancel the order or request the difference be paid. At best they would honor the price or make a counter-offer due to the error. Sure enough, a day after I received my receipt I received a voicemail from their customer service rep, Kaylee, who advised the price was listed in error but they would like to extend an offer with a discount due to their error. The discounted price was stated twice in the voicemail. When I spoke with the rep today they repeated the information from the voicemail including the quoted price with the discount which I told the rep I agreed to. Here is what makes this experience deserving of a 1 star review: The rep advised that they are not able to adjust the price and the order will have to be cancelled, they would then provide a code for a 3% discount and then I would have to place the order again. I advised the rep that a 3% discount will not result in the price I was repeatedly quoted and agreed to. The rep then became apprehensive and stated she did not know and I would have to ask sales. I then explained the math to the rep and was told that another error was made when the rep calculated the price I was repeatedly quoted and had already agreed to and they would not be honoring the price I had just agreed to. Bottom line is do not trust the prices listed on this website or even prices directly quoted to you by one of their employees. Edit: added company name and rep name to review since BBQGrills.com keeps trying to have this review removed even when my order number and purchase receipt have been provided to Trustpilot for verification as requested.
