I can’t say enough great things about Ryan and BBQGrills.com. Their customer service is outstanding. Ryan ordered an entire outdoor kitchen suite for me from Hestan. He was able to get me color samples, answer all of my many questions in a timely manner, and was was always upbeat and easy to work with. He gave me detailed information about products, placed orders when he said he would, and kept me apprised of manufacturing times and shipping estimates. From start to finish, I give Ryan and BBQGrill.com five stars plus!

Ryan Maltbie took great care of my wife and I for all of our back yard outdoor kitchen. He showed at our home, we went through our design and make a few changes and we have been very pleased with everything installed. Especially the 60lbs of ice per day we get. LOL. Nice Work Ryan.

In a crowded field, Ryan distanced himself by providing extraordinary customer service, Started with him helping me spec out the equipment list needed for our outdoor kitchen project and then ensuring everything was delivered on time which, given the current supply chain issues, was most impressive. When we had shipping damage to one piece, Ryan jumped in and got it replaced from the manufacturer in short order. He also worked seamlessly with our Contractor providing technical installation support. You just don't find the combination of top tier products, competitive pricing and consultative services like those provided by Ryan. It really made a difference and he comes with my highest recommendation

We were needing some outdoor cabinetry for our outdoor BBQ island that was in the process of being built and wanted to shy away from the "metal" look and we needed them ASAP so the contractor could fit them in... BBQGrills came to the rescue. We ordered on Friday and got delivery on Tuesday... That is service. They look awesome and we can't wait for the finished product to be completed. Oh, did I forgot to mention that besides great service BBQ Grills prices are most competitive?

Purchased a high-end grill from them, cheaper than I could find at any other retailer (by a lot). I noticed there was a mistake on the product listing, so I called them up to ask about it. The representative was helpful, and fixed the listing while I was on the phone! Happy with the grill, the price, and the service.

Very nice and heavy duty grill.The gas line is very short and makes it hard to change out tank.Tank needs changed frequently as the tank freezes up.You really need a 40 lb or larger tank as again a 20 lb tank freezes up frequently.Mine was supposed to come with a rotisserie but never received a motor

We installed a gas line in our wood burning fire place and were in need of a log set. I was surprised at how expensive log sets were on Amazon and elsewhere. My wife stumbled upon BBQGrills.com and we were a little hesitant at first because of how reasonable the prices were compared to competitors. We decided to take a chance though. The purchase process was easy and they kept me aware of the shipping process. Everything came as expected and in a timely manner. Definitely a great find.

Great experience and great customer service. Ordered an entire BBQ grill and island accessory setup. One of the doors that shipped was the incorrect item (older version) and Ryan was very professional and quickly got me the correct BBQ island door. No hassles and fats response.
