Ordered a patio heat lamp early December, 2024. Website said product was in stock, and should ship in 3-5 days. Didn't hear anything, and didn't get heat lamp. Followed up. Got a non-answer answer. Followed up again. And again. Patio heater finally arrived a full month after I ordered it, and only after I hounded them. Haven't assembled it yet, but all looks to be in good order.... but order fulfilment and customer service was sub-optimal at best.

Slow to ship. Shipped incomplete order. Will not confirm when remainder of order will ship. Customer Service just gives response, "I will send a note to shipping" " Sorry for the delay ". Been three months , and after numerous phone calls & emails, still do not know when the remainder of order will ship.

My order was supposed to ship in 24 hours but never did. I had to contact them several times before anyone responded. They never shipped my order so I just cancelled it. They seemed very confused the entire time about whether my order had shipped.

my order and delivery was a total pain in the ass. My shipment that was supposed to take 3 days took over 2 weeks. I enquired about my oder with costumer service but who was nice but not helpful. the only way I found out about my order finally being shipped is my repeatedly reaching out the the shipping company on my own time.

First, BBQgrills.com sold me an item they didn't have, and it took my follow up a month later to get a response that it was not available and they were sending a newer version of the same model. Great! When it arrived, the grill was shattered on one side, and the whole kettle warped, apparently from shipping. A very responsive woman immediately called me and promised to address the situation. Followed up a week and then three weeks later - radio silence. My grill was late and damaged and BBQgrills.com did not fix it. I will not do business with them again.

Placed order never shipped out emailed cs told them tito cancel they asked if I'd like to see status said sure sent order number they sent request off early in day. Never got email back told them to cancel. N did a charge back.

I ordered an Oklahoma Joe smoker in December 7, 2023. First given restock date January 2024. Given a different date in February 2024 then another date March 25, 2024. As of today now no explanation of a date at all. I have made several attempts to reach them by phone. Each time left messages to please call me back only response and calling me back was when I needed to ask questions about ordering a second smoker but that I would not order the second smoker until I actually had the opportunity to see and use the first. Once it was realized, I wasn’t going to purchase a second smoker at that time. I have not received another phone call or any information about my order. I understand this is a family owned business. Better communication would be helpful.
