Terrible, terrible, terrible. Stay away from this website. I placed a large order for Hestan Items on 11/04, I was told by the OWNER and his "senior" customer rep, they will have them shipped out within 72 hours. I fell for it, it has been one lie and excuse after another. They don't have their own distribution or warehouses, they are a simple front and exchange your orders with middle manning. I have attempted to get an exact ETA of my items being delivered and each time they have stated it is ready to be shipped.They delay their responses over a week at a time and guess what; it 12/19 and i still don have the items. The simple answer, is they lie and will do anything to place the order in. I strongly urge you to go with a more reputable place to purchase your grilling equipment. I placed another partial order with another website at the time of this same order and guess what. I received their order within 2 weeks (because they have their own distribution ). I URGE YOU to learn from my mistake and stay away from this website.

Worst internet company i have had the misfortune of dealing with. Recieved a damaged grill. Asked to return for refund or replacement. They refused to do either. Blamed it on UPS or Camp Chef. Said neither of them would respond to complaint. They are middle men. If you want a product they carry go to the manufacturer for it.

If I could give negative stars I would. AVOID, AVOID this on-line retailer. It's apparently a limited business working out of his garage through a myriad of 3rd party equipment vendors. Ordered Grill liner in July. Got typical will ship in 24 hours order status. Several calls, emails over last 4 months. No answers, no actions, no ownership. Found same product on "large on-line retailer", site arrives tomorrow. Don't waste your time with this company ! Integrity is the most important attribute a company should value. BBQGrills.com has no idea what that means. The only accurate statement from them below is that I purchased the item on 5 July. I only placed my order with them after reaching out to them directly to confirm the item was in stock and available for shipment. In response to my ask, I received an email stating the "product was available and ready to ship within the next few days", so I ordered it. I won't embarrass them further by attaching the email. As I continued to track this over the last four months the site's tracker continued to say "will ship in 24 hrs". While BBQGrills.com sat on my $950... earning interest, they made no effort to source the item elsewhere, offer item cancellation or admit they had any reliable inventory control process. Attempts to contact their organization were a waste of time as all contact points led back to the one-man show responsible for sales, customer service, shipping and non-existent inventory management. Since cancelling this item 48 hrs ago I've received 6 different emails from BBQGrills.com offering me anything to keep the order active. BBQGrills.com offered me the following: a free grill cover, a free smoker box and griddle and even 10% off the order. I don't get it, BBQgrills.com has spent more time on trying to salvage this poor experience through silly trinkets while attempting to marginalize this review rather than focusing on why they failed. One positive note is that they returned my $950 promptly. Needless to say I want nothing further to do with this sham of a company and neither should anyone else. AVOID !

Thank you for following up. The communication wasn’t great in the beginning but I got a call from the owner who took action to solve the problem and explain what led to the delays. The product is still in shipping at this point but I have much better confidence that this is an organization with integrity that will resolve any issues

Highly recommend! Ryan was very knowledgeable on the Primo XL that I had been searching for for a long time. Primo released an updated version of their BBQ but other local and online suppliers either only had the old model, didn't even know there was a newer model or were out of stock for weeks. Ryan had the new version in stock and was able to ship it out very quickly. One week from order to my house. Would not hesitate to purchase from BBQGrills.com in the future.

I purchased an entire outdoor cabinet and fridge set up from BBQGrills. When I was shopping around, the sales team assisted me with every question, patiently explaining and recommending which products they felt were best for my set up. If you are looking around, you know how hard it is to find expertise in this space - BBQGrills are the real deal! I had messed up my order and chose a Flush frame instead of Masonry (the rest of my set). When I called the team, they navigated a speedy return of the unit and swap for the correct piece. I can’t say enough about the experience from pre sale to post - truly top notch. I’ll be a customer for life.

She was helpful, kind, thorough, and an absolute pleasure in helping me with my defective kamado smoker (apparently shipping a 260lb giant clay pot across half the country can be tricky. Who knew?).
