Stay away from this seller
July 23, 2025 BBQGrills.com has lots of internet presence with ads on Google. Prices appear great. But "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is". At 1st glance their ratings seemed to be good except, a deeper dive shows since December 2024 most reviews are negative usually focused on accepting orders and taking payment then failing to deliver product. They represent the warehouse ships in 5-7 business days. On the 10th day of no notice of shipment, I started pursuing them for status updates. After a dozen emails and less than forthcoming answers and nearly 3 weeks, I decided to dispute the charges on my credit card. Some reviewers complained about having to fight for a refund & some unable to as they waited too long to dispute the charges on their credit card. I fortunately didn't wait. In conclusion, I spoke to the manufacturer and their shipping department. Seems there is sufficient inventory and the delays are pointing a cost dispute between BBQGrills.com and the manufacturer. I suspect this might be the case as since my order they have increased the price on their website significantly. Regardless, BBQGrills.com should have honored the price they advertised and took payment for. BBQGrills.com should have been honest enough and offered some kind of resolution albeit a refund or substitution. Perhaps if they were more honest with their customers and although customers would be disappointed, they might not be so angry. So instead of making into the "Inc 5000" list it will likely be the "Sink" list.
