Terrible quality of ring
Terrible quality of ring, customer service was unhelpful and couldn’t type in proper English. Refused to give me a full refund, took 25% of the ring cost when what I got was not what I ordered.

As we know,18 karat gold only consists of 75% gold. The remaining 25% are different metal alloys (Silver,nickel and zinc) that give more hardness to the gold. If the proportion of alloyed metals is different,the color would be a little different. The proportion of alloyed metals is hard to control,different casting suppliers,the color of 18K yellow gold is slightly different. Even the same supplier,different batches of products,the finished colors are also slightly different,some is yellowish,some is a little oranger,darker. This is not a quality issue,if you don't like it,please follow our return instrustion to send it back to us. But there are 25% of original amount will be charged for the handcrafted fee and shipping cost.
