I was quite confused when I tried to charge my device for the first time and it never stopped charging, after hours. Your technician said he would look into it and soon solved the problem, whether by rebooting it or whatever, I don't know. In any case he was very helpful and easy to talk to and also competent! Later he called me back as arranged and my phone malfunctioned so I talked to someone else, who confirmed that everything now worked. I am sorry that I don't know their names.
