I didn't have to wait long to talk to someone, was transferred to the person I needed, and it was all resolved in a few minutes. Chris was clear about what was happening and pleasant to work with.

Bay Alarm not only responds to emergency calls, as one would expect. The company also keeps track of the connection of the emergency device in my home. I have been contacted several times about a low battery. I have talked with Bay Alarm to explain the situation. Customer service is always polite, helpful and willing to listen. I recommend them highly.
