I lost electric power for 3 days and needed to reset my Bay Alarm box. They were excellent with helping me. The lady spoke slowly and clearly which was important as I'm hard of hearing and 88 years old. I have been very pleased with Bay Alarm for many years.

Agent was friendly, spent a great deal of time, and overall helped with some of my technical issues & with my decision to exchange the device (SOS All in One) for a simpler option. I have a suggestion to make your product better for the end user. It would be so beneficial to have additional spaces for family contacts. My mother visits between MO and GA and in each state, has a list of different contacts. Those not in use can be lowered in the list to be inactive until needed. Each time I have to delete/add between visits, I am so afraid of entering incorrect phone numbers. This would be so helpful as well as a time saver.

Very kind and thorough. They made sure that all the information was correct and repeated it several times to make sure we had it in order. We were even transferred to the main office, which we did not get disconnected and spoke to a nice gentleman to also confirm the information was correct. The instructions from the call I received about cancelling an old base unit no longer in use were fine. I just wish you would have cancelled the old unit once the new unit was activated, instead of showing we had 2 units activated for so long.

The customer service person I spoke with today was great. She was knowledgeable, pleasant and answered my questions. Dispatch has always been responsive and helpful whenever Anna “pushed her button “. I received calls promptly and received detailed information from dispatch.
