Received our fall detection system for mom today. Had some questions so placed a call to tech support. Anisha was wonderful. She took her time and did not rush through the answers to my questions. Was very thoughtful and thorough. That this system will work for mom is still to be determined. But what I can say so far is the support has been wonderful.

Highly recommend Bay Alarm Medical. I researched many medical alert systems and am so happy I chose them. The interactions were friendly and professional and receipt of equipment and assistance setting up was easy. No long term contracts which is great. Their customer service is excellent and their response time for alerts received is exceptional. Even if it was a false alert, they were prompt and reassuring. My most recent interaction with Eric in customer service was wonderful.
