Just wanna discontinue service.

I called to switch over to a cellular Home box and Ben the representative was polite and patient when it took longer than usual to get the confirmation emails and to sort out a forgotten password. I am pleased that the cellular Home SOS package is not that much more expensive than the old landline package.

There was a lot of steps to get the devise setup and and reconected. but the gentelman on the line was very patient and helpfull. He guided me step by step. He was very organized and broke the process into clear detailed steps.

The entire experience was excellent with very well-trained and friendly people on the phone. The initial order-taker was very helpful in offering different options until we found the perfect plan. The gentleman who took all of the pertinent info was also very professional and friendly. I would absolutely recommend Bay Alarm Medical to anyone needing that type of service.
