The entire process was very easy. We did our research and chose Bay Alarm. We scheduled an appointment via text and soon after got a call. Chris was awesome. He was very thorough and extremely understanding, and most importantly empathetic.

Location service has degraded. Too often to location of the device is not updated, even after refreshing multiple times. This has caused false alarms as to the device holder's true location / status. It was supposed to be improved since the last upgrade, but I have not experienced that. Also, the account acknowledgement is not correct. I am the account holder and my mom is the device user. Contacts, such as this one were addressed to her and not me. She has no email or internet access. Last, today I recieved an alert for a Bay Alarm Alert Console. This account does not have an Alert Console, only a Mobile SOS device / button. It appears your tech and communications are not in sync. I question the reliability of your service.
