My new equipment did not respond when I gave it tha drop test. I called the customer service number and it was resolved. In the testing process I had to press the panic button several times. Everyone was patient and helpful and concerned about me.

It was exceptionally easy to order from Bay Alarm, and when I accidentally hit the alert button it was very easy to cancel.
