Prompt and courteous assistance.

I called customer service because the website was not allowing me to complete the transaction. I spoke with Kaitlyn West, a very friendly and knowledgeable CS rep, who quickly, efficiently, and pleasantly went through the process of ordering by phone with me. She answered my questions, discussed what to expect regarding the delivery and equipment, and explained what the next steps would be in setting up an online account. She also made sure I was familiar with all aspects of the plan I chose. I couldn't ask for a better experience and would feel very comfortable calling if I need assistance again.

Good customer service. Asked for help to get a new button set up and got it done efficiently.

Called the wrong number and rep took my number in case we got cut off and ultimately got me to the right person who could help terminate service no longer needed very efficiently.

What a great experience when signing up for Bay Alarm Medical. The staff was very helpful, answered my many questions and put me at ease knowing that help would be on the way should I have any health events. I’m looking forward to getting my unit. The person helping me was good, and efficient. But I do wany want to mention that there's a problem with the fastener of the wrist band button. It fell off my mother's wrist somewhere and that is obviously a safety issue.

I recently signed up online. I had a few questions about the product and if it would work even though I had T mobile. The representative answered my questions and even helped to get all my contacts entered.
