My three children became increasingly worried about how many falls I was having, researched many of the automatic fall detection devices, and decided on Bay Alarm Medical. It had good reviews online, wasn't super complicated, was what seemed like a decent price, and had a fair return policy within a certain number of days if I was dissatisfied. I received the watch in a timely fashion and was able to set it up easily speaking with Bay Alarm over the phone. There have been several false falls activated (one while pruning a large bush). Altho I hated alarming them by mistake, it was good to know that my watch is working and help can be close by. After wearing the watch for several weeks, I just called their help number with technical questions. The technician was extremely patient and helpful and didn't give up until he resolved my questions. My only suggestion to Bay Alarm would be to make the watch less bulky, if they can, without jeopardizing it's ease of use.

They were there when I needed them, and even when I accidentally hit the button, they responded. The responders were there quickly & I got to the hospital immediately & got the care I needed. I would certainly recommend them to anyone!
