Easy set up. Easy to understand what to do.

I find Bay Alarm mostly responsive to their customers. set up of equipment was fairly easy but instructions for start up are rather difficult with rather ambiguous instructions for elderly individuals who lack todays electronic technical know how. other than that stated the system is responsive. I have found that the communication unit has a lot of static and hard to understand occasionally.

Annie was very professional and friendly. She resolved the two issues I called in about promptly.
