I talked with Ben, and he quickly updated my account profile, and I was able to change the payment method and update emergency contact information very easily. Patience with my frustration

My interaction with Bay Alarm agents is always personable. They’re knowledgeable and helpful.

First off, the rep did not speak good enough English that I could understand what he was saying 1/2 the time. I should have requested a more fluent speaking English person. I also wanted to purchase a second wall charger for my unit, but I thought the price of $50 was astronomical for this charger and I refused to pay that. Then the rep tried to sell me a warranty for my product, I wasn't looking for a warranty. I was looking for a wall charger. I was under the assumption that this unit if something ever went wrong with it that it would be replaced at no cost to me. Now I was informed that would cost $100 to replace the unit. Something wrong with this whole scenario in my opinion. I ended the conversation without a wall charger.
