Ben helped me change my credit card #. He also tried to help with cancelling old device. He was extremely patient. I am 83 and will have my neighbor help me tomorrow. He is by far one of if not you’re top employee.

Related to GetSafe, which Bay Alarm bought. Not only did the pendant they sent out not work for fall detection but try to cancel the account and it became a big to do. They also were unresponsive to emails so not sure they will follow through on anything. Also did not credit back account for charges even though the account was cancelled on their system! So, be forewarned. Also, they are not smart enough to handle POAs correctly so if you are caring for a senior person, good luck with it and these guys/gals. Will not do business with them again.

Read the full review. The experience I had today with Austin was very helpful. He is extremely professional, highly service oriented and took time to answer all my questions. I finally got the questions answered that I had previously called about. Austin gets my 5 star rating. A few months ago, I called Bay Medical and had a Horrible 1 star experience with a male who did not give his name. This person was snarky, insulting, did not answer my questions and was totally unprofessional. Whoever that person was should never be working in a customer service position. BTW, I called from the same phone # on file if you can tell with whom I spoke.
