battlehawkarmory.comReviews of battlehawkarmory.com

I was looking for a Hellcat Pro Comp package, and Battle Hawk Armory's price was by far the lowest. It was my first time buying a firearm, and dealing with an FFL, so it was an entirely new experience for me. Everything went smoothly, and I was happy with the pistol and the service provided. I'll definitely look into them if I ever want to make another order.

Great vendor, great prices, got everything I needed within a reasonable time. Thanks.

I am not able to review the product because I had to return it. Reason being that your website indicated that it was OK for Illinois so I purchased it. Once my FFL received it they called me right away and told me that I would have to return it because it was illegal for Illinois! I called to return the product and was charged for the shipping and a restock fee for a purchase based on the information on their website. Bad first impression for a first time customer and probably a last time customer. I asked for them to at least waive the shipping or restock fee and was told they make no exceptions to their policy. I too make no exceptions for bad customer service.

A wonderful Henry Lever Action rifle... Very competitive prices and the shipping was exceptionally fast and accurate. I absolutely love it!!

I think y’all should work on communicating with your customers. I tried 5 different times to talk with someone, I had to leave voicemail messages but never heard from anyone at your company! I do like that you deliver products quickly

BattleHawk Armory is a place where not only they have the best selection and prices, but the service is excellent. I go out of my way to buy from them over other places. Shipping is extremely fast and reasonable, and their daily specials are great!

Great prices and super fast shipping!

When my ammo arrived, I had a dejavu moment. But I realized that wasn't it - it was exactly what I read in a previous review from another buyer. Who ever packed the box, did so carelessly. The box arrived with several ammo boxed nudged open. There were about 30 loose 22 rolling around in the box; and falling out the gaps in the packing box. I have found loose 22 in my yard, and near my porch for the last few weeks. And I'm fairly certain that there's probably a magazine full of 22-breadcrumbs; somewhere along the shipping route for this package. I reached out to the seller, and received no response. It was the best price I found. But I think the seller has some serious safety issues, which must be addressed in their shipping department.
