I placed my $540.22 order on an item that was listed as "in stock",order number 638361, on 9-30-26. They immediately, took my money and sent an email stating they printed a shipping label. Fedex tracking number 446912949923 Its currently 10-21-26 and no item,no shipment update, no personal contact,no refund. In between ordering and writing this review Ive called their listed number of 515-528-2910 at least 7 times,no answer. Left a voice mail each time with my order info and contact info, no return call. Ive tried their help desk multiple times, nothing but automated responses,"were looking into it" "I'm in contact with the warehouse about this matter" etc. No human response. Then,10-19-26 they had the audacity to email me this opportunity to leave a review. At this point I don't even want to do business with this company. I requested a refund 2 days ago and haven't heared anything since. I wish I could post screenshots to corroborate my experience because I'm sure there will be a face saving rebuttal to this review with some nonsense excuse. What i have stated in this review is 100% factual with screenshot to back up my statements. If any of the battlehawk staff happen to read this review, I would like to be refunded so that we can put this issue behind us and move on in our separate ways.

I ordered 200 rounds of .223 and instead received 150 rounds of 5.56. I emailed and called Battlehawk Armory multiple times, which I got no response from. I let them know I was going to do a chargeback and they still ignored me. It was only until I actually activated the chargeback that I received an email with a prepaid shipping return label. I was told specifically by John Trent, "We have already pulled the correct ammunition and have it set aside for you. As soon as the incorrect shipment is received back at our shop, we will get the correct ammunition shipped out to you." I shipped my incorrect ammo back with the prepaid return label and the tracking number says it arrived and was received back to them. I sent an email to remind them about it, but it has been almost a week since my ammo arrived back to them, and I still haven't received any update about my correct ammo or any replies to my email. They have very poor customer service and would never recommend them to anyone because of my time that was wasted.

The reason I’m upset is you screwed me out of my 10% discount for being a first time customer I went through the BS with the email and even communicated with someone from your team they said sorry we’ll try to give you 10% next time you order something probably won’t be returning because of the sales deception. I hope the triggers work cause I would probably have trouble now returning them.

I never received my whole order-well over $400 was what I spent and I want the rest of it

I received a wrong item and the customer service repeatedly refused to deal with it. They told me to straighten it up with the manufacturer.

Worst experience I've ever had.

Order a weapon in June 2026 for delivery in July 2026, blamed the manufacturer for failure to deliver, list the product on their website as having stock in the store. Other FFL are delivering the weapon. Manufacturer is producing the weapon. Gave me a story that the manufacturer was having issues in their factory. Nationally recognized manufacturer reports that they don't have issues

Still receiving this email request daily, the product was cancelled by their fraud department after a week of processing. Not even an attempt to contact me, actually showed me my order was processed and shipping.
