I placed my $540.22 order on an item that was listed as "in stock",order number 638361, on 9-30-26. They immediately, took my money and sent an email stating they printed a shipping label. Fedex tracking number 446912949923 Its currently 10-21-26 and no item,no shipment update, no personal contact,no refund. In between ordering and writing this review Ive called their listed number of 515-528-2910 at least 7 times,no answer. Left a voice mail each time with my order info and contact info, no return call. Ive tried their help desk multiple times, nothing but automated responses,"were looking into it" "I'm in contact with the warehouse about this matter" etc. No human response. Then,10-19-26 they had the audacity to email me this opportunity to leave a review. At this point I don't even want to do business with this company. I requested a refund 2 days ago and haven't heared anything since. I wish I could post screenshots to corroborate my experience because I'm sure there will be a face saving rebuttal to this review with some nonsense excuse. What i have stated in this review is 100% factual with screenshot to back up my statements. If any of the battlehawk staff happen to read this review, I would like to be refunded so that we can put this issue behind us and move on in our separate ways.

BHA ships extremely fast! Everyone says they have had issues and wait up to 10 weeks to ship and their customer service is subpar but my experience has been phenomenal! My order got fulfilled the next day after I purchased it and it arrived the day after that! I also reached out to support for something and I received a response the same day. BHA takes care of you! Their prices are VERY competitive! I highly recommend them!

It’s nice to get a product that matches my expectations and conforms exactly to the advertisement. I’ve got too many items from other companies that turned out, upon receipt, to be big disappointments. Those who carry pistols have somewhat intimate relationships with the grips, and these were exactly what I was looking for.
