P31129295 I tried to leave a survey but it said unable to. I was not happy to see one of three store reps without mask, and working with customer and his friend with no mask, I guess it's a free for all in this store. Believe me i've seen in many other locations same thing NAPA ,CRAKER BARREL,AND ALSO TRACTOR SUPPLY WHERE I WAS TOLD IT WAS HER CHOICE !!!

SCAMMERS! They sold me and my husband a “lifetime” phone battery for each of our phones which they said meant that I was buying that battery and all the future ones I needed for that phone. We paid more than for a regular battery because this one was the price for lifetime batteries and all future installations. “Do I have to keep the receipt?” I asked, “No, we will attach the service to your phone number.” They said. So today I went back because I need a new battery and they claim they NEVER sold the service! SCAMMERS I tell you! Beware, they sell you the service but they do not honor it. Apex, NC on 1010 Rd.

Bought a cordless battery that would not recharge after 2 short uses in a seasonal garden tool. Plus they used to take old batteries for recycling for free and NOW THEY CHARGE BY THE POUND. NOT OK, not a "green" business practice.

Bad Battery warranty Beware that if the battery goes below 10 Volts the warranty is voided. They fail to mention that during the purchase transaction. I just found that out so now i must buy a new battery. definitely not from Batteries Plus Bulbs.

Bought 3 Duracell batteries for my boat in June 2020 on 8 Sept. 2020 the 24m was dead with 2 volts. It would not take a charge but the policy of Batteries Bulbs is if its under 10 volts they will not honor the warranty. Never again will I buy anything from them again. I did not even get a chance to take the boat out this summer.

Beware of this place,Sebring Fl store they make you sign a waiver that if they make a mistake cutting and programing your key fob that they are not responsible. They make you sign this because they know how much they screw up. They couldnt even cut a blank key fob key and a machine was doing all the work I was told and they blamed it on the machine. She wanted to charge me $60 and the key didnt open the car door. I told her I would call the police and she seemed scared and backed off and told me to pay $30 because she at least programed the key fob. I paid her that amount to get out of there from a bunch of crazy people BEWARE RUN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION! ! !

Bought Duracell LED light bulbs at the Parker Colorado location. Said I could R & R and bulbs that went out. I had returned one last fall with no problem, however when I when to replace another one they said I had to go through Duracell not them. When I asked what changed I was told that was how it is now done. Very poor customer service. Once a sale is made and you are out the door they want nothing to do with you. Bet this location is out off business before the end of the year as other customers were complaining while I was in the store about problem they would not back.

Good service, but never received my battery rebate from the mail in offering. I bought a battery for my riding mower after driving a long way to this store (they had it in stock), but the rebate process was not nearly as described by the Representative. Sent in a while back and never got any correspondence. That reflects poorly on Batteries Plus Bulbs.
